AlSayer Hayyak is a loyalty program from Mohammad Naser AlSayer & Sons for Lexus and Toyota owners in Kuwait.

If you have purchased at least 1 new vehicle from January 1st, 2018 onwards and you still have vehicles purchased from Al Sayer you will be automatically enrolled into this program.

In order to get the AlSayer Hayyak card, you should:
1. Purchased a Lexus or Toyota vehicle from AlSayer
2. The purchased vehicle should be after 01-01-2018
3. The vehicle model is 2018 and above
4. The vehicle should be purchased from a new showroom.

From 01.05.2023, we started issuing new Hayyak ie 'CAR WORLD "

Car World Hayyak card is applicable for Customers who have purchased from the AlSayer Toyota Car World Showroom ( Car World & from Lexus Certified showroom invoiced from 01.05.2023

Unfortunately, Customers purchasing a vehicle from our certified showrooms or other customers will not be eligible for AlSayer Hayyak card.

To issue or renew AlSayer Hayyak card, then - on the date of issuance (renewal) - all the conditions of getting the card should be applicable.

AlSayer Hayyak card will be delivered by our drivers to the address agreed on earlier with our AlSayer Hayyak employees.

AlSayer Hayyak Card has:
1. A number on the left side of the card which is the card unique number that can be also used in any of AlSayer facilities
2. A number on the right side of the card representing the expiry month & year of the card

The card colour is based on the branding theme of Lexus and Toyota where red cards will be issued to Toyota owners and Platinum cards will be issued for Lexus owners but in terms of benefits, all card holders (Red or Platinum) will benefit from the same discounts and partners’ special offers.

Each card has an expiry date printed on it after which the customer cannot benefit from the card's special features until it's renewed.

As long as the card is still valid, we cannot issue another card because each customer gets one card regardless of the number of vehicles owned.

In case of purchasing a Lexus vehicle and the customer has a valid Toyota Hayyak card, then the red card will be stopped and replaced by a platinum lexus card and the card will be sent to the customer's pre-agreed address.

After the expiry date, AlSayer Hayyak card will be renewed one time only in case the conditions are applicable. The card will be free of charge.

In case the card is expired, please contact our 24/7 AlSayer Hayyak contact center on the numbers 1830030 or 1803803 to renew it.

All AlSayer hayyak cards are free of charge.

If the card is lost / stolen, then please contact our 24/7 AlSayer Hayyak contact center on the numbers 1830030 or 1803803 and stop the card and apply for a replacement card.

Yes, the replacement card will be issued with the same card number.

Once the customer reports a lost/stolen card then the card will be stopped and a replacement card is issued & will inform the vendor about the same. 

All old design cards (regardless if it's valid or no) were stopped after 01.01.2020 thus it will not be accepted at the partners' premesis. You have to request for a replacement card.

All AlSayer Hayyak cards have the expiry date printed . it. If your card doesn't have the expiry date on it then it needs to be replaced as it will not be accepted at any of the partners' premesis.

AlSayer Hayyak has official accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, & Youtube channel ONLY. The address is @alsayerhayyak. We don't have any other account or presence on any other social media platform.

AlSayer Hayyak has only one official website which is www.alsayerhayyak.com ONLY. We don't have any other website.

If you cannot find a partner that was already there in the partners' section, then it means that the agreement is finished and they are not our partners anymore.

Customer / Employee can use the Hayyak card unlimited times as along as the Customer or the Employee has a valid Hayyak card
